Worst service of any dealership I have been to, the manager Ryan was not polite or courteous in anyway, and after waiting weeks for an appointment I received no help. I would not advise going here.
General email as I hope you know we do value our clients. Here at BMW of Fort Washington, we strive to provide transparency in our Sales, Parts, and Sales department. We endeavor to provide the highest level of customer service. As discussed on our recent phone conversation, we ordered a replacement vehicle for you due to the +$9000 in transportation damage on the original vehicle. The replacement vehicles ordered for you were all at the same price. Due to your busy schedule, and travel, you were not able to meet our terms to take delivery of the vehicle you ordered. A final conversation with our sales director informed you that we are refunding your deposit. The refund occurred on March 3rd. Regrettably, there may have been some misunderstandings, and miscommunications, however, we did express that we do not hold vehicles for clients for extended periods of time. Apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Be very careful for the bait and switch. I put a deposit on a BMW X6 November 2021, they had a car for me that was damaged by a tree branch and they sold it. They made up some ridiculous excuse about it being too damaged to sell, when another salesperson said it was delivered. They ordered another X6 for me, never gave me a timeline for the delivery and sold it March, 2022 while holding on to my deposit. I will let the PA attorney general know next. Good luck.

They don't answer phones or return voicemails. I tried calling them for 2 weeks and had no response. I called Thompson BMW and they answered immediately and got me set up with an appointment. Fort Washington needs help.
