Will never recommend or do business with again if we ever get project done. Ordered windows and door 8 months ago. They finally came in got appointment for install They canceled so I missed day of work. They rescheduled and canceled again another day of work missed. So 3rd time they show up put window in ( wrong color windows and door ) even trim for windows They sent didn't match color of window. We spent way to much money for product and wished we never ordered. Haven't heard anything from company since they tried to istall 2 days ago. Have reached out to them and still nothing. Please do yourself a huge favor and don't use universal windows.

Maggie and Ransom Kulasa and Josh installed windows and doors and did an amazing job and I want them to come back out when my replacement doors come in cause the manufacturer messed them up. This team did a great job and I am very pleased with all the work they did at my home

I love these windows, but the installation process has been terrible. We had our windows installed late September 2021. The installer was polite and had all 6 of our windows done in a day. While removing one of the old windows he inadvertently cracked one of our marble sills. It was a faint crack that could only be seen if you were fairly close, but he was honest about it and made notes on the contract that a repair would be completed. We were completely fine with this and loved the windows. It took until January 2022 from them to come out and replace our sill. This was okay with us as the damage was not very noticeable. The same installer came out to do the repair. After he had removed the damage sill he realized that the one he had ordered for the repair was too short. Apparently he wrote the measurement incorrectly. He took both sills back to his warehouse and said he would be back by the end of the day but we never saw him again. At this point my large bay window has no sill whatsoever. I called UWD the next day and was told that the correct sill was on order and it should be installed within a couple weeks. This phone conversation happened on January 20, 2022. It is now April 22, 2022 and I still have no window sill. I have contacted them over a dozen times and been told various excuses about the status of my repair. That last time I spoke to them was yesterday morning. They were supposed to confirm the status of the repair and call me back by the end of the day. Big surprise, no phone call.
