Service was quick even though a bit expensive. The service advisor, JR, was pleasant but all services were not completed as requested and documented on the intake order. Now I have to go to another place for State Inspection because Hendrick is an hour away from me, therefore this was a bit of a waste of time. I called and left a message with the advisor about the missed service but he never returned my call.

Very poor customer service. Shane Weaver and Chris Pack both very unprofessional. I've called and left numerous messages for the general manager Jay and sent several emails to him starting back in March 2022. As of May 21 I have not heard from him. Evidently his not concerned about his customers nor is concerned about the way his employees conduct business. My X3 was totalled on 2/14/22. I purchased a service plan from Hendrick North Lake. Shortly after the purchase my car was totalled. I contacted Northlake BMW to process my refund and have been getting the runaround since March. The finance manager Chris Pack told me that he took care of the refund on 4/8 and that I should receive my refund within 30 days. Shane Weaver was originally supposed to process my refund and after about a month of him not taking care of it I contacted Chris Pack. Called him 6 weeks later and he told me that he gave the information to Shane Weaver. I asked Chris why did he tell me that he took care of it and being that Shane Weaver didn't do anything why did he pass it on to him. Chris response was I just told you that I took care of it but it was Shane Weaver's responsibility to take care of it. Unethical and poor customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I really enjoy how the Northlake Hendrick BMW service Team takes care of my vehicles services when needed. Friendly staff, super prompt & always greet you by name (Makes me feel right at home). They handle business in a timely manner. Brad Beard has been my service rep for the past 2 years or so. He always provides amazing customer service and has excellent communication skills. Im so comfortable that Ill just drop my vehicles off and go about my day, receive a text that the work is completed, show back up, sign off & drive away like I just purchased a brand new vehicle. I highly recommend this location for anything dealing with BMW services & sales. Ask for Brad!

I bought a new X2. My salesman Howard was AWESOME. However when I took delivery, they were upset I was using own financing. After putting an appropriate amount of money down and proof of payment was enroute, they would not let me take the car. Lame!
