Sebastian, We are sorry to hear that your shopping experience with us has not been a pleasant experience on your end. We are still working through this issue with you through email/PayPal, but still wanted to address your concerns in this review and provide some information regarding the situation. When we sell our rifles, it would be a very rare situation that a rifle sold would have been a return from another customer. The only time any sort of wear on the rifle like this would occur is due to any wear from the manufacturing process while the gun is being produced or if we had happened to receive an RMA gun accidentally from the manufacturer. These are usually marked on the box and include paperwork. We typically catch that before selling them as it's a very rare mistake from our manufacturers. We have had this happen once or twice in the past, but this was from someone else and not Tippmann. When it comes to the gun's functionality, this boiled down to an unfortunate situation where the gun experienced a malfunction that was out of our control and we were happy to try and troubleshoot/resolve via a return. We first directed you towards Tippmann as they typically like to handle their warranties directly, and it can also be much easier and quicker for the customer to work with the manufacturer directly so that there is no middle man slowing the process down. Once you had said you didn't want to deal with them, we instantly offered to return the product to us as it does fall under our warranty procedures and we were more than happy to follow that and help you out. When we received the item back, we had then spent time trying to troubleshoot the rifle and get it back up and working for you. Tippmanns can be pretty finicky, so this is why it was with us for a little bit longer than anticipated. We were also extremely busy during that time and tried our best to get this completed as soon as we could. There were other customer's rifles that we had at that time as well and we were working through those. Finally, we also offered and processed the refund shortly after you requested it and had no delay in that action. The only issue that occurred here, and one that we unfortunately did not see, was an issue where the backend of our site did not communicate with PayPal to process the refund. On our dashboard it said you were refunded, but we did not know that the refund had not been sent to PayPal to be completed. This could have been resolved quickly if you had sent us over a quick email stating that you did not get the refund yet, but instead you opened up a PayPal dispute which we now have to follow their procedures and wait times for. To complicate things, when you put in the dispute, you put in the full price and not the discounted price you originally purchased the rifle for, since you had used a coupon when checking out. This makes the situation take longer as we now have to wait for PayPal to review this claim for the price correction. This weird issue has affected a couple of other refunds from that time period yours was processed, but they had reached out to us via email and their refund was taken care of that moment since they did not open a dispute for the issue. We now have to wait for them to review the case and offer the refund to you for the corrected amount. As mentioned above, we just wanted to address your concerns and help try to add some context to the issues that you had experienced. We always aim to try our best to help out with any issue our customers have, and this shows by the numerous positive reviews and feedback that we receive each day regarding our customer service. We are sorry that you unfortunately had these issues with the rifle and the PayPal backend not communicating with our site properly, but these are things we were unable to control at the time and can only do our best to resolve them as best we can. Purchased a hpa tank, high pressure hose and a Tippmann rifle. The rifle was missing an accessory and it didn't work properly (Rifle didn't look new to be honest, it looked like a return from another customer or something, it had worn paint on the selector, trigger). When I tried to return it, they told me to contact the manufacturer. Why? the item is defective and I notified them within a day from receiving it. Then they sent me a return label, I proceeded to return the rifle. They received the rifle on 04/14/21 I placed the order on 03/25/21, today is 5/5/21 and I'm still waiting for a refund. Because of their lack of responsibility I was forced to open a PayPal claim. Been into airsoft for a while, bought from many sites, never had an issue, except for this place.

Hi there, Not really sure why you didn't see our responses last Friday, but I would check your emails, because we have records showing that we responded to you almost instantly when you messaged last Friday. You did not respond back to us, so we assumed you were good to go. We also sent you tracking yesterday for the pyro hazmat side of your shipment. I also sent a screenshot of this to you as well. I'm sure if you look, you will find it in your inbox. The items you ordered were HAZMAT items, which incur a $35 hazmat fee. You received free shipping and as stated in our disclaimers (which I have screenshot and sent to your less than ideal message you just left us) Hazmat shipments ship separately from your normal items due to our policies. Your second shipment will be arriving to you on December 28th. It shipped out on Monday since your order was placed after shipping cut off on Friday. The one thing I admit that we lack on is being able to answer every phone call, this is why we rely on our chat system and email system the most. Our phones ring literally off the hook almost all day. We have 3 people dedicated to answering them most of the day. Even with 10 dedicated people, we would not be able to keep up with the call volume. We are very clear about this in all forms of our communication stating that email and chat is the absolute best and sure fire way to get a hold of us in a timely manner. We also check voicemails daily and call back typically within 24-48 business hours (NOT counting weekends). There are some exceptions to this with increased volumes, such as the holidays... which if you haven't noticed, we are dead smack in the middle of. You can also see that I responded to your chat message within 1 minute of receiving it to make sure that your issues were taken care of. With all that said, when shopping please take the time to read policies and understand the products that you are purchasing. We are not responsible for you not understanding the service you are purchasing. We will however, make ever effort to help you out. We do not appreciate the attitude that you have given us and that is something that we will not tolerate. With that said, if you would please respond to our communication in a timely manner as we have, we would love to hear from you so that you can confirm that you received our message with the resolution and confirmation of the information we provided you. The online selection is wanting as with many other airsoft websites, where they differ is the complete and utter lack of communication. I know I've never shopped here before and let me tell you, I won't make this mistake again. I made a large order and forgot to hit the free shipping button which is automatically clicked on every single other website where applicable. EVERY SINGLE ONE. I then try to contact Amped Airsoft. LOL. I laugh because it's so frustrating dealing with companies like this... I tried calling, emailing and their chat button and no one seems to have been working the past week. Voicemails are unreturned, the chat icon is useless and I feel that email just isn't being checked. I received my package today and surprise surprise, not a single grenade, I bought 25 of them... I stayed at the house all day since I knew I had to sign for these. Just a waste of time. By the way, I think they use the third party app Route to justify their lack of communication and lack of order fulfillment. I think this place scammed me and I don't appreciate it at all. If this isn't a scam, they need to learn to check email, voicemails, phone calls and probably pay their bills as well. This isn't run properly at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! EDIT I have since received a response that seems like they're doubling down on the nonsense. I have tried emailing them back with delivery failures for every email I have received from Amped Airsoft as well as the delivery company. Additionally, no emails from this company are in my spam, deleted or other folders. Also no phone calls or any other communications outside this lengthy response to my review. You'd think they would send me an email right? Nope LOL It's sad that they would choose to insult me and tell me to check my email rather than try to resolve this issue or contact me directly. You know, to prove that's what they've been doing this whole time. I'll trust you that the rest of my order comes on the 28th although no tracking info is in my email for this, just the one for the delivery today. It seems like we will communicate in the open on Google since you won't email me or call me. Is this just a bit for Festivus? If so, I've got a bit more to gripe about LOL

With that said, if you are referring to in store prices, please keep in mind that all of our prices include Sales Tax, which is required by law. Our base price typically matches the lowest price allowed by manufactures (MAP Price). We include tax on the price tag so that you know the final price of the item including tax before you ever even bring it to the counter. This is one feature that we get very positive feedback on all the time and have continued to offer this as a perk to our customers. I hope this clears some things up for you.
