As stated on the appointment request submission screen "Our scheduling department will contact you within the next 30 minutes to confirm your appointment time" "this is only an appointment request". As a 24 hour operation and as a 100% mobile service we offer online appointment requests as opposed to actual appointment bookings as some clients appointments take longer than others and availability is very fluid. We ensure that every client received high quality unrushed care. After you submitted your appointment request we sent you a text message and attempted to call you to confirm a time for your appointment and did not receive a response. We would be more than happy to get you scheduled for an IV drip. Their scheduling is a mess to say the least they show all sorts of times available for request. I missed a text message asking if they could come four hours earlier than my request and 10 minutes later I hadn’t gotten a chance to respond because I was on hold trying to make a doctors appointment and then they canceled altogether because I didn’t respond within a 10 minute window In response to you, yes I did respond to your text with my age and how many patients, I then Went to the restroom and came back 9 minutes later to a cancelled appointment text.
