Absolutely terrible. No one calls you back and they killed several our plants including a 15 year old fig tree. They buy up smaller landscaping businesses so there is no consistency. They will leave huge piles of leaves in your yard for another team to pick up, maybe a day or so later. They have about 2-3 teams come, so one day is a lawn mower the next hedges and its constantly people in your yard which is annoying if you have dogs. I really wish we never got involved with them

Initial consultation was good. Service on the day of the project was good too and we are happy with the outcome. However, the communication is beyond horrific. They do not have any type of solidified workflow to properly communicate anything and admitted to having real troubles with this as a company. I would not use their services again or recommend them until they take the time to clean that up. The frustration of it all isn't worth it when there are plenty of companies out there we can do just as fine a job with excellent customer service.

Sean and his team have turned what we can only describe as a wasteland of debris and asphalt that an irresponsible builder left behind, into a gorgeous, green oasis surrounded by lush trees and plants. He was responsive throughout, thoroughly (and patiently!) answered questions, helped solve problems that werent even his job to do so, and followed up diligently along the way plus after it was all done to ensure things were perfect. We also use Metrogreenscape for our monthly maintenance and irrigation and they are always meticulous and thoughtful. If you need some magic on your land, highly recommend calling these guys!

TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN!!! "Scott" stopped by my house 11-19-20 for some drainage issues I was having. I paid $99 to discuss solutions and what my budget was with Scott and he advised that he didn't have an answer for me at the time, but he would reach back out. That is completely fine with me, however, I NEVER RECIEVED A FOLLOW UP LET ALONE EVEN A HINT OF A SOLUTION. I never heard back from Scott or anyone at MetroGreenscape, and when I did call they were not very helpful or seem to care that I paid for a consultation with their "living specialist" and received ZERO consultation. I was finally able to get Scotts number and left multiple voicemails but, surprise! NEVER received a call back. This man walked around my house with me, told me about how much of a good Christian man he is, and how he wants to "do right by me" but doesn't have the decency to even call me back. Thanks for nothing.
