Very disappointed. Had my two cats for three years and been with Torrington branch up til August. Jane used to do their nails and was so efficient and kind. South Molton were lovely to the cats after we moved here in August. I pay for Healthy Pet Club purely to get their nails done every month as they are indoor cats and their paws are very hairy and I find it impossible to do their nails. I managed to get an appointment this Wednesday and the cats were not in the surgery more than ten minutes and we were told the nails didn't need doing again until February! This is rubbish ..Jane used to do them monthly and they grow really fast. When they got home that night I felt the nails and there were still really long ones on front and back. I have now cancelled the pet club as not financially viable and will not be returning to South Molton branch.

They obliged by fitting in my little foundling kitten at short notice. I was greeted by a very friendly welcome at reception. Followed by a thorough check up of him, then a full report on his status, prospects and how to care for him. We went away with a "kitty bag" and a very happy kitten. ( Currently on my lap and purring! )

Thank goodness for Torbridge! My doggies were out of area having a lovely walk until they were swarmed by wasps! My friend called ahead and the staff were very reassuring and waiting for their arrival! My dogs were cared for brilliantly and given emergency treatment which saved their lives! I will be forever grateful for the quick, efficient and truly caring treatment! Great service! I am going to register at this vets as a result and travel 30 miles as I feel Torbridge are worth it!
