Kept overcharging after the fact. Now the UK government is denying ever receiving over 2K GBP in VAT from them. They're refusing to submit proof of payment until I pay them an extra 250$ for duty sending UK product back to the UK after the fact. Will be filing a fraud claim with law enforcement. Their refusal to submit the documents led to my Amazon account being suspended in Europe and having to ship back my inventory to the US. Cost me thousands in lost sales. Stick to Fedex, a little more expensive up front, but no surprises down the road. Scroll down and see how many of their "reviewers" posted only 1 review...
Initially hard to get someone on the phone, several calls over 2 days went unanswered. Although once I was able to get someone, and set up my account, everything was perfect. Shipping international is super easy with their online interface, and the rates are way better than shipstation, which I use for domestic shipments. Been using for about 2 months and so far couldn't be happier.

FRAUD - charge people even though card does not have auto pay - I was charged for a old invoice without and form of communiation - all of the sudden i see a charge on my card - will be opening a dispute =, just want to make everyone aware
