Hello Teresa. Yes...you are correct...state bound shirts were very difficult to process all orders and be correct 100% of the time. We had literally 1 day to print...seperate...deliver all the shirts to GS. Many did not pick them up so shorts were sent back to CHIPS for pickup. School made multiple announcements and CHIPS did call and email those that did not pickup. CHIPS worked its butt off to handle this quite difficult project. In whole...the project was a success. This was not about CHIPS making money...far from it. Were donated $6000 to the team and school for this work. So saying CHIPS does not care...I could not disagree more. However Teresa...I wholeheartedly agree with you that we did fail you and obviously did not communicate with you well enough. For that...I could not apologize and mean it any more than I am doing now. I truly wish you and I personally could have had a conversation. I certainly would have offered a replacement. We did for several other orders...certainly would have for you too. As owner of this company for 42 years...I know communication is utmost with any and all clients...especially when things go wrong. That is where I apologize the most. We failed you there. I am sorry. You made it clear how you feel...however...if you would wish to talk directly to me...feel free to contact me. We always order our spirit wear from this shop. On Nov 20, 2021, we ordered and paid for 3 State Bound shirts to wear for the big game. After 3 emails, 2 phone calls and a run around, I received my (now completely useless) shirts on Jan 28, 2022!! 2 MONTHS after the game! I requested a refund 2 different times for these shirts and they would not issue it. We were going to order the State Championship shirts, but after the poor service from ordering these, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. I am well aware that there are shipping delays everywhere and allowed for this, but over 700 shirts were received by others (according to their post) so you will not convince me that this wasn't just an error on their part. For the record, I wasn't even offered a replacement, which I would have settled for and which would have made more sense after a 2 month delay!

I requested they recreate my dads Navy baseball cap for Christmas in November. They took the patch and information as how it was supposed to be Laid out and did nothing with it. I went in the week of Christmas and they hadnt done nothing. Just knowing that they knew it was supposed to be a special gift for my father who is a Veteran, Im super disappointed, and so is the rest of my family.

Great place to get fan apparel and pretty much any other type of apparel you could want! Jason Adams does a great job and they have great customer service!
As far as the products, you get what you want. Everything wears well, the print hasn't faded yet and i'm very satisfied with it. But thats not what I want to talk about here. Chip, is by far, one of the best people I've ever had a chance to work with. He is friendly, accommodating and works extremely hard to keep you informed with great communication. I had an order (several times actually) that had to go through almost (after the printing process of course) next day and he busted his tail to make it happen for me. I wont use another printer to print my t shirts ever. He's always gonna have my business.
After 42 years of being in business it certainly in not our intention to purposely ignore of give bad service. Very sorry that we obviously have under served you Chad. I most certainly is not we do not want to work for those needing our help...It is most likely you were under served due to being so busy. Not intentional Chad...I assure you.
