As we stated on our response to your Yelp review- Just to be clear, the main reason we were unable to help you today was because you showed up a day early to your appointment. It wasnt for today, it was for tomorrow. I get it, we all get mixed up sometimes! Occasionally our schedule allows us to squeeze in certain services, but since we do not allow guests into the studio during appointments, showing up with a minor was the second reason we were unable to help. We are very clear on our policies about not bringing guests. It is on our website, on your appointment confirmation email, on the release form you signed at your previous appointments and on our front door. Even before Covid we did not allow unattended minors in the studio, this is not a new rule by any means. I am very sorry that our schedule and services do not fit into your schedule, but I am not sorry for holding firm to our well posted rules. I truly hope you find a studio that better fits your needs, as it is not us.

Totally change my mind its very unfriendly for my children, its very difficult make a appointment, and only have evening time. So preschool already close, the man its very mean, its told me no children inside, I try to told he, preschool already close its difficult to make appointment here so I only can do it bring her here, and he still say no child!!! And told me I can cancel my appointment ~ if i need bring my children........WOW!!!!!
I came in for a navel piercing and my piercer, Karissa, made me feel very comfortable. She didnt do anything without asking or telling me and is obviously well educated in her profession! She walked me through the correct type of naval piercing for my anatomy and what she was going to do. If you have social anxiety like me, this place will make you feel at home. :)
Hey Larry, thanks for the feedback! I checked our records and it looks like the only appointment I had under your name was back in March that you cancelled yourself. We havent cancelled an appointment for you ever it seems. Dispute the state being fully opened, we are still keeping many of our safety protocols in place. We are still running by appointment only which is why we werent able to see you in person. Our policies are very clear on our website, which is also where our online booking is located as all appointments are booked via the site and not over the phone. Perhaps you contacted a different studio? Im sorry our booking an policies gave you such a bad experience. I hope you find a studio that better fits your needs!

Tried to book appointment many times and got canceled on.. Then went in person and was talk to very rudely and very Inconsiderate with the struggle I was hanging with booking a appointment and trying to buy jewelry.. Young lady basically Waved me off with her hand saying she down have time to help nor cares.. Very inconsiderate for struggle I was having and being handicap.. Worst experience ever after the state being fully opened ..
