Kind of annoyed. I needed a preamp repaired and e-mailed tgem ahead of time with the make and model and they said they could fix it. I drove all the way to middle river to drop it off and when I got there they said they didn't service this type of product. Waste of my time.
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately we have an 8 week backlog right now due to demand. All those customers have their units in store awaiting their turn. This is our repair policy as it wouldn't be fair to the other customers if people could just jump in front of them in line when their unit has been in the shop awaiting their turn.

Tried to get my receiver looked at here. They required a 60 dollar deposit and had an eight week backlog. I asked if I could pay the deposit and bring the receiver back in a few weeks. They said no and I said no thank you. Wish I hadn't disconnected my receiver in the first place. I guess they don't want/need new business
The salesperson I spoke with was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He recommended a cartridge that was perfect for my setup. Very very satisfied. John Martin Cabot Arkansas
Good guys and a nice selection of gear, but most of the vintage equipment is hilariously overpriced. I've seen items marked 50+ percent higher here than at other sources, including many brick-and-mortar shops. (Head to the Turntable Store in Pa. or Grooves n Tubes in Del., for instance, for far better prices on both equipment and repairs.) Heck, even the records are more expensive here than any other place I've seen!
