We are over the moon with the loft conversion Leo from North Star building solution and his Team has completed for us. Leo offered lots of advice and was very professional and no nonsense in his approach. He was also very approachable with any questions we had during the process. The project was finished quickly with in the time originally quoted, there were no add ones or hidden nasties, we paid the price Leo quoted on his initial visit. We found the whole experience really positive and will definitely use them again for future projects and equally recommend to friends and family.

Full refurbishment of kitchen, front and back hallway including laying new floor, tiling, plastering, creating new space for cooker in fireplace. Creating new laundry room to the outside. We highly recommend Leonard and his team. From the very beginning of the project, Leonard gave us quote and schedule which was exactly what we paid for. The job had many hiccups along the way due to the house being very old but North Star always did their best to make our vision happen. We were updated on progress daily which was super reassuring. They really made an effort to tidy up after themselves at the end each day and are all very polite and nice to have around - we trusted them 200% and will have them in mind for any future projects.

We appointed North Star for our large extension and renovation project after putting the job out to tender and meeting with 6 other companies. We had some ridiculous quotes from several builders which we discounted. Leo came in at a fair price (not the cheapest, but not far off) and with a reasonable time estimate to complete the job. He could also start when we wanted (2 months after appointing) which was perfect as the 2 other companies we were considering had very long lead times. We found Leo very honest and easy to deal with throughout the entire process and importantly, he was always available in person or by phone if needed. He has a large team - mainly brothers and cousins - and I cannot fault any of them. They were all incredibly polite, tidy, and professional. The quality of the work is very good, and they can turn their hand to any little extra that you may decide you want during the project. We had some last-minute built-in storage cupboards in the eves in the loft room and a built-in media unit in the lounge that one of the team made to measure in 3 or 4 days and have had lots of comments on them for family and friends! His pricing is fair, and the work is of a high quality. Nothing was too much trouble. The job ran a little over the estimated time (not unusual) but importantly, to budget. We are extremely pleased with our new home, and I would have no hesitation in recommending North Sta, absolute amazing team.

House Extension, We are so glad we chose Leo for our extension, he has done an amazing job, controlled costs, given advice and suggestions to us. He is a joy to work with, kept us fully informed all the way through the build. His project management skills are second to none and removed a lot of headaches for us. Quality of the workmanship is amazing, and all his crew are super friendly and hard working. I cannot recommend highly enough......don't even look at anyone else. He is very flexible, and nothing is too much trouble.
