Ive been to this place two times and each time it was bad. Besides not showing me the glasses in my price range until i was about to leave they also gave me the wrong prescription and im stuck with glasses that are incorrect for my eyes. Never again and u shouldnt either.

I had an awful experience with this place. Consistently had to wait 20-30min for my appointments, and once it was almost an hour. Doctors were rude, and they messed up the order on my contacts prescription multiple times. Will not be going back.

Sad to have to leave a 1 star review as I really wanted this to be my future eye doctor but the amount of problems were beyond fixing. 1. Very scammy sales behavior. Pressured into doing out of pocket options. And when it came to glasses plenty of options were added to the bill without an itemized detail of the costs until you asked to pay the final amount. It was as bad as a stereotypical salesman. 2. Extremely aggressive with forcing people to wear masks when no mask mandate is in effect. 3. I opted out of text message sales notifications so they didn't even tell me when my glasses came in. I had to reach out and found they had them for nearly 2 weeks. No call or email to let me know. 4. Picking up glasses is almost as much of a hassle as an initial exam as they make you make an appointment. I would not recommend this place and will not be back for any reason even though the actual eye exam went well.
