Terrible. I was asked to If I had a mask upon arrival and was told to put one on. I didn't know an eye doctor superseded state regulation. Also the person telling me to put on a mask didn't even have hers covering her mouth and nose. I got an exam but they didn't have a trial pair of contacts for me to wear. This is the first time I've left an optometrist with no contacts in my whole life. To make it worse I was told it can take 2 weeks maybe more for them to come in. I told them that's too long so I asked for my prescription and they refused to give it to me. I wanted to order them elsewhere to get them faster. I was told the fit and prescription are one in same and they cant give me my prescription without fitting. Still dont get that. On my way out they tried to charge me for the fitting..uhhmm...no I didnt get fitted because you all don't have the contacts for me to even try. You have to watch these people. Im not paying for a service that wasn't provided. Then as Im driving home on THE HIGHWAY..i experienced very blurry vision and eye discomfort which affected my ability to safely drive. They said nothing about this to warn me because they dilated my pupils nor did they offer shades to help with the light sensitivity. They put me at risk without warning and tried to make me pay for a service they couldn't provide. Beware!

Dr Campbell retired and now no one calls you back I have been waiting weeks sent 3 emails and called can't get in so I will go to another doctor very unprofessional.

The wait time is an improvement there's less people in there waiting room, the wait is not as long, the staff is that the staff is very courteous. That is a big improvement from my last visit when there were wall to wall people. I'm happy with my visit.

Front office representatives were polite. While waiting a lady in all black came out huffing and puffing and I was hoping to not get seen by her with all due respect. Unforrtunately.. She was the person who did my test. I can tell she wasnt patient and condescending. She didnt switch the letters nor was she throughly helpful by making me feel like Im bothering her. The frames were blurry. The First Lady gave me eye drops and stated that my vision would be blurry for thirty minutes. During the testing my eyes were very blurry so I didnt get straight results, but after the testing I hear the third lady in my opinion not speaking professionally about the testing to others. I came in for a prescription and I left without one and have to go back. I want to add.. I went to the one in Williamsburg and the lady who did my test was such a breeze compared to the one in Hampton. To the owner, your comment is distasteful.
