Their mechanic arrived on time and was very efficient. I just don't feel the nearly $400 charge was appropriate for a 1250 sq ft Condo with 10 vents and 1 return. It would be nice for the company to review those charges for that work and amount of time it took. Their friendly associate was at my home for at least 1.5 hours.

I called on a Saturday because I had no Hot Water. Was charged a $200 Fee for Saturday service. Turned out a GFI Outlet was tripped by another appliance in the room and shut down the Water Heater. Air Mechanical charged me another $150 on top of the Saturday charge to push the GFI trip switch and leave. The technician wasn't at my house for more than 10 minutes. When I called for an explanation I was told that person was out on vacation and would have to get back to me. Never called me back. Last time I use Air Mechanical. They left a message for me, I called them back, left a message and never heard back. I don't think that means it was resolved. At this point I just won't use the company anymore. There are plenty of service companies that do the same thing as Air Mechanical.
