I'm sorry you feel this way. We did everything in our contract plus free work on top of that. We gave you a workmanship warranty and the rats did not penetrate any of our exclusions. Before having you sign up with us we informed you that rats can burrow so the monthly service would be your best option. As you stated in your review you chose not to go with the monthly service which would have covered rats burrowing. We don't like unhappy clients so when the rats burrowed we did additional free work for you but unfortunately we can not do that forever. I feel sick to my stomach when I think about how much money we paid Complete Animal Removal to NOT do the job we hired them to do, which was to keep rats out of our basement. We opted for the expensive preventative solution that Cody recommended, which meant that they identified and reinforced all weak spots in our house where an animal could find their way in. We decided it was worth the extra money to have this more permanent solution, and the work was guaranteed for two years. We opted out of the monthly service particularly because we were spending a large sum and it was communicated that the work would be guaranteed for two years. Within one month of having this work completed, rats had made it back into our basement. Complete Animal Removal claimed it was through no fault of their own. Shocked at their refusal to take responsibility, I sent a couple of messages to see if there was a miscommunication and to request that they either refund our money or apply the money towards several years of monthly service. They have not responded. Please do not patronize this business which does not stand by their promises.

Living in the country you expect to see all kinds of critters - BUT a really long snake skin hanging off my back porch roof with the tail in the soffit- NO - JUST NO. A quick google search took me to Complete Animal Removal and when they said that they could be there the next day - that is all it took. Shaun drove up at exactly the time he said he would be there. He was professional - friendly - and extremely helpful. Thankfully the Rat snake had moved on for the day. Shaun sealed the entry point, checked to see if there were any other problems and gave us some great advice on how to move forward. Great service. I called and Jordan was at our house in an hour. He removed a dead animal that had gotten into our crawlspace and was causing our whole house to stink. He was also took the time to answer all the questions I had about remediation and preventing it from happening again. Thanks

Update: after contacting our sales guy over the weekend, Complete responded and sent a crew to finish the exclusions and reattempt trapping. We believe the squirrel has left the building and while it was not trapped, were hopeful that its out and cant get back in. Im still skeptical about the fogging service although it is now complete. And Complete took a couple of courteous steps to make it right financially, which I appreciate. In the end, they were responsive to my concerns. my recommendation is to make decisions carefully and not let the emotional response of pests cause you to make a rash decision. Maybe think in it a night Original post: So far Im very dissatisfied. We engaged Complete on March 25, to remove squirrels from the attic. Sprung for the full deal including what was described as custom fabricated galvanized steel exclusions. Its been 3 weeks. I still hear the squirrels. None have been caught. The techs stopped coming about a week ago. The exclusions took 45 minutes to install and consist of a bent piece of metal caulked into the corner of the eaves or where the soffit meets the roofing. Its maybe $50 worth of materials.but mostly, I still have squirrels. Should have just dropped some defcon in the attic and had a handyman close up the holes.
