The studio is extremely clean and the staff are really friendly. I'm sure the day I went in to get my tattoo done was an off day for my artist, but my appointment got pushed back by an hour the day of, then I still had to wait almost a half hour to get started once I got there. I went in the week prior to discuss the three specific pieces I wanted done- one medium sized and two very small scripts. My artist completely forgot one of my pieces and I asked if it could be done and was told not that day because there was another appointment coming in right after me. So I ended up having to wait an hour and a half after my original appointment time, but was rushed out so the next client would start on time. I also had to pay the amount agreed on for all three pieces even though only two were done. Again, overall everyone was friendly, but I felt really insignificant and not a priority as a customer at all.

Mikey did a fabulous tattoo on my arm...he's a very nice Guy that cares about his customers..I love the bunny tattoo, it is so awesome...also it heals so fast... The studio is very clean and the people who work there are all very kind and it is a very great atmosphere. I would for sure come back and get another tattoo when I am back in Long Beach one day! Thank you Mikey!!!

I follow the directions on website put everything i wanted done for a tattoo multiple ones pictures i get a email can you please send this to dan at this email are you telling me you couldn't forward the email to him but email me to tell to send this can we talk about laziness wow... you must be young or dumb...
