I initially ordered to get my phone repaired through these and paid my order. However I found a better price and tried to refund my order and months later I am still trying !! Absolutely shocking customer service. Better prices around Bolton / bury. Avoid!! UPDATE - I've just noticed their response below that they are now trying to accuse me of fraud. Absolutely embarrassing. I got my Iphone repaired at AJ MOBILE ZONES in Bury. Please use them instead! Polite, much cheaper and job completed really well with no issues after repair. FYI - to confirm i'm not a "fraudster" please see the screenshot below where it shows an hour after booking my order In I requested a cancellation. PEOPLE - AVOID.

Couldnt give a lower rating . Took my Sons tablet to get fixed and got it back worse. The service in general was quite bad. The communication was bad it was mostly me trying to find out what was happening. For the amount I payed its not worth it! I think there was just one woman who was really nice on the phone and stuff but that was the only good feedback I have. Just be careful and look around I should have reconsidered when I heard that the service is bad but I used them before in lockdown so I thought it would have been a great quick fix. Disappointed and lost a lot of money
