John came out to our house and made the process so smooth and great, going above and beyond our expectations. If you're familiar with the old "UrbanRunner" edition of the 4runner, you know that the factory radio/gps is a super odd pain point and has some surprises waiting for you when you get behind the dash. John overcame every weird roadblock and was so knowledgable when it came to setting everything up with the new CarPlay unit and backup camera. Seems like a "professional" operation but a bit rude on the phone. I called inquiring about work on my car and after stating the age of the vehicle and asking about options for the job i was rudely told they weren't interested in the job and then hung up on. Cant speak about the quality of there work but there customer service skills are lacking.....
