When you contacted back and told us another company was on the way for less money, we decided to cancel because you called multiple companies. We told you we werent coming because you called multiple companies. Im sorry it apparently got confusing. We will not race another company there. I understand the mentality that whoever gets there first gets your money, but someone always gets shorted money, and thats not fair to the tech, whoever it is, so we avoid that. We do appreciate the opportunity to have earned your business, however, and maybe a roadside assistance company would be a better fit in the future.
