In terms of bad, awful, worst service ever-- you really cannot do much worse than these guys. If I could give these guys negative stars, I would. If you want to do business with these guys--- get ready for empty promises, lies, snotty attitudes, and then to be told that it's your fault when they don't follow through on their service. They have every excuse in the book. I am reasonable, and fully aware that marketing takes time. Thats why I asked Cooper what I could expect as far as turn around. He told me that I could expect to see "leads" within 2 weeks. After 10 weeks I have yet to see a lead.... and after continually asking what was going on-- I was finally told "I didn't sign up for leads." Even though they needed access to my google and facebook accounts-- I have yet to see a single ad. I've been given the run around for months. Cooper promised to make things right, and not charge me for my final month--- but no surprise that was a lie too. Just read their responses to upset business owners. Cooper Saunders is a spoiled brat and takes zero responsibility for his poor service-- in fact I do not believe he understands his own business. Most of their other reviews appear to be fake and from their own people and friends.

With your SEO concern, you are looking at your Google My Business, not SEO analytics. Google My Business numbers are based on posts, and photos you have added as well. Very disappointed! We hired wiseguys originally for SEO. Then to build and manage our new website. We gave them the information to build our new site. WiseGuys asked for two weeks and they send us a very incomplete site that was completely irrelevant. We contacted them and reviewed our needs. We contacted them again. We requested to speak to their web designer With no reply. We contacted them requesting a refund which was met with argument. They have agreed to refund payment. After two months of seo service we are down 24% on our site we are paying wiseguys digital marketing to provide seo service.
