I randomly called this number to get my dad a very last minute customized mug. I needed it in 2 days and no other customization place was able to do it for me. But I called the number and melvin was so so helpful. He was willing to help with this last minute order so I sent him an email with all the pictures and exactly how I wanted the mugs to look like. He was able to create these complicated mugs for me overnight and they came out better than the examples I sent him. It was perfect and he charged great low prices, even lower than those big companies that would take 2 weeks to ship it to me. The print quality was amazing on the mugs!

TBS Impressions went above and beyond in regards of an image embroider that they did on a baseball hat, I checked a few other places before and they told me that it was a complicated image that I have, then continue researching and found TBS Impressions I spoke on the phone with Melvin and boom he made it possible.
