Sorry you feel that way. If I remember correctly, you came and we told you that what we have ready is available on the floor and if you don't see your size available, we can print you one and it would take about 30 minutes to an hour. We do mostly print to order and since we have over 200 designs and can print them on any style and color, we only keep a few of each design available at any given time and they are organized by type, not size. Our full selection is available on the site and to avoid any wait you can always order there and we will call you when it's ready. We also have all of our blank shirts and sweaters organized by size and style and they are easy to find and look through. Our $7.13 shirts only take 5 minutes to print, but sometimes people are in too much of a hurry for us to explain all of the options. The people that take the time to understand what a custom retail spot like ours offers normally leave happy, and I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience, but your always welcome to come back or order online and we'll make sure you get exactly what you want how you want it.

First of all they have nice designs but they are not well organize in their showroom. I tried asking where are your 2x shirts, he told me their somewhere and that's all we have. Rude how and by the looks of it, he doesn't want to work. If you live far from this place, save your gas yo.

Sorry if you didn't enjoy our interaction, but we don't hang up on people, so the phone must have disconnected..... I couldn't tell you what my competitors' pricing is because I honestly don't know what "online vendors" charge, and based on the flimsy stickers I've seen from some of them, I'm not impressed with the quality. I don't believe I was being defensive, but I did find it a bit off putting that you were asking me to quote you pricing from other companies; and I mentioned that you can probably find cheaper prices, but our stickers are pretty high quality in comparison. In the midst of a busy workday, sometimes I can be blunt and try to minimize the back and forth, and I do apologize.

I was very disappointed by their behavior. I called few weeks ago to figure out how much would it be to make stickers for my business. The guy on the phone was hostile from the min he picked up. When I asked him how his prices are competing with the online vendors, he got defensive and said: " I don't know what they charge, I am probably more expansive but my stickers are better"- then he hung up. I was going to check them out regardless because I want to give a local business my business. However they flat-out don't deserve this.

Not sure when you came in (we're closed to the public at the time of this review and have been for a few days) but we don't keep any "pot" on the premesis. Our employees don't smoke, we keep the back sanitized, and we also have a plastic divider in front of the counter to minimize the airflow between front and back, but we can't control the smells that any potential customers may bring in with them. We apologize if that lessened your experience, but I guess it's your prerogative to leave a one star review because someone smelled like weed
