I wish I could say otherwise, but my overall experience with Ethical Tees was not a positive one. It resulted in months of delays to my customers, and was also easily avoidable. I've printed with Ethical Tees twice now. Both times, despite clear instructions, the specified and agreed-upon placement of the artwork on the garments was noticeably incorrect. The first time, the business took ownership and offered a reprint, which corrected the placement and re-instated my trust in the company. The second time, I requested numerous times in writing to see a proof before the full run of shirts (close to 200) were printed, in order to avoid the time and wastage involved with reprints. Both requests were not acknowledged, and next I knew, the shirts had been printed and were shipped. When they arrived, the placement was again noticeably off from the agreed dimensions. At no point was it ever actually said 'we made a mistake'. After many emails and wasted time explaining and reiterating my situation, a refund on the incorrect items (the bulk of the order) was eventually agreed upon. Months after I promised my customers their shirts would be delivered, I'm now faced with the task of finding a new screenprinter and starting the process again. It's fair to say that the quality of the printing is great - the items are well produced. I wish I could continue with Ethical Tees - there is much that I like about this business and their mission. But it's impossible for me to do so. I'll gladly give a second chance, but never a third. With any luck, Ethical Tees takes this experience as a lesson to avoid similar situations for future customers.
