I have attended One Element Outdoor fitness in Wandsworth for nearly 10 years, not only have i obtained great results in personal fitness, i have made valuable friends. The energy and comradery from training outdoors in a group cannot be replicated in any other training format. Tom and the other trainers really motivate you each session and the results are amazing. I would recommend trying OE training no matter what level of fitness you are at.

I have been a member of One Element for more than 10 years, joining when my kids were tiny and I had just started a new business . One Element provides the perfect mix of fitness and social with the challenging sessions made easier by your mates encouraging you on. All the sessions have great variety and cycle around a couple of times a year so you can test yourself and see how you’ve progressed. Have been attending the sessions for over 7 years now and still can’t find a better way to start my Saturday mornings.

Joined One Element in 2021. Great outdoor training with a mix of parks and classes. Reliable in all weathers, great trainers who know you personally, fun social events through the year!
