Elizabeth, we told you that we thought that we had shirts available but were not sure since it was AFTER the ordering window for the Play Off shirt design selling period set by the coach. We cancelled your order at your request because that we did not have the shirts. The system should have refunded your money at that time. I am personally looking in to the refund to insure that it is completed. When you called in yesterday, I was on the other line and could not get to you in time. You did not leave a message and I had you on my list to call today. Hopefully you can check your card statement and see that we have already refunded your money. However, as I said, I will go through my records and refund the purchase price, if not already done. I am sorry that you felt that this warranted a 1 star rate. *Update* I have researched the order and noticed that you had 2 orders. One was cancelled because you had requested a change in the order. That was refunded in October 2020. The second order had not been cancelled and I have done that and your refund is in progress back to the card you used to purchase. This matter has been resolved completely and the one star rating is invalid, in our opinion.

I don’t know where to begin here. I’ve use them ONLY because Trinity HS uses them for their shirt orders. I ordered Spring 2021 soccer playoffs shirt because my kids are on the back of the shirts. Took about 2 months to get the shirts. Then I was told they have more shirts already made ( soccer play off shirts ) I tried to pay them on the spot to avoid another long wait but was told I had to do it online. Weeks went by still shirts not ready. Drove up to the store serval times and the shirts were not ready, I ordered this back July,2021 Then they moved and trying to reach them over the phone is HARD Owner never available nor returns call. Finally on 10/23/2021 I got a cancellation email that they were not able to print my shirts ( shirts I was told were already done) till this day I’m waiting for my refund and a call back trying to get my money back. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I’ve been super patient. Hopefully they will return my calls or my money ASAP. Really hope Trinity changes who makes their shirts .

I have used Trophies & More the past 4 years for engraving on a trophy for a fantasy football league. The engraving is one line with the year and name of a person. No more than 15 to 20 letters, very small font size. The last two times I've gone in to pick it up it hasn't been ready. When something is promised on a certain day it should be ready. I won't be giving my business to them again..
