The tram tour has been full each of the three times we waited for it and the orchid show was a 2 hour wait and the herbarium is closed on the weekends.
Not only are these gardens beautiful (I wonder how good I might look if these gardeners took care of me), the visitors and staff are so NICE. I lost a Patagonia parka in the gardens and despaired of ever getting it back, but multiple staff said, dont worry, it will turn up. They were right and as Id already returned home, they shipped it to me for FREE.

Fantastic garden but awful experience entering/getting tickets. Even with a membership you have to wait every single time in a long line for their slow employers to type up a tickets. Absurd situation that reveals how little concern they have for non VIP visitors.
