I both bought and sold my Denver Condo with Jenn. The attention to detail and work she puts in is outstanding. She went the extra mile to make everything go smoothly. I can't saw how helpful she was. She reviewed what needed improvement, picked out lamps, vanities, counter tops, carpeting, wall colors, even cement work. When I was unable to complete work she found suppliers and directed their work. Then she created an incredible presentation of the property. I can't say enough.

Justin Doan at 8Z was just what we were looking for! As a first time homebuyers in this wild Denver market, it is crucial that you find your perfect relator and he was that for us. He was so helpful from the showing days all the way until signing day. Justin came prepared every time he showed us houses and set it up so that our day transitioned smoothly from house to house. We told him houses we were interested in seeing and he also added in some of his own suggestions. Denver is such a sellers market that almost every house we looked at was off the market within days. Without Justin we would have been lost. He made everything so easy and worked his butt off to find us our dream home! When we finally did find that home, his work did not stop. Justin stayed up late that evening to write a contract that was perfect for us. He even dealt with a sellers realtor who was not accepting phone calls, so he persistently emailed the agent to ensure that our offer was not taken for granted. Justin was always available to answer our questions (and we had a lot!) and he explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Justin went above and beyond for us. We will never use anyone else! We highly recommend that if you are trying to buy a house in this crazy Denver market that you use him too! There is a perfect house out there for you too, let Justin help you find it!
