Pathetic. I came in with my boyfriend to look at some new cars and order an individual M4 convertible. Tim could not do his job. After 20 minutes he was able to finally pull up a picture of the paint we wanted, which we could have done in 30 seconds if he had simply asked where we were in the buying process. He could not answer our questions and flat out ignored me multiple times. I felt the interaction to be discriminatory towards me as a young woman. He never even got my name. We left this dealership because of him. We went to BMW of Cincinnati North and had a much better experience with Caleb. He showed us cars, sent us on a test drive, answered ALL of our questions (including mine). When I asked about a specific interior color, not only did he search for a swatch, he found a car on the lot with the exact color to show. He was able to build and price the Individual car and inspired the confidence a salesperson should when dealing with such a large purchasing decision.

AK, thank you for this feedback. The original structure of The BMW Store dates back to 1979, when the dealership first opened, and we had an extensive remodel in 2016. We have several customer lounges in our showroom, allowing further privacy and electronic device connectivity. There is one located at the opposite end of the upper level in our pre-owned showroom as well as one in the lower level new car showroom. As former Lexus customer and now a BMW owner, the Cincinnati BMW Store has a very poor arrangement for customers who are waiting for their car to be serviced. Sitting out in an open customer service area with virtually no privacy or ability to plug in electronic devices is not what I expected. All Lexus customer waiting areas are significantly nicer. I would expect the same from BMW. The BMW store in Louisville is much nicer. The Cincinnati BMW Store in general needs a significant upgrade. Service so far has been okay.
