Thank you for review. We were concerned about the scenario, so our management checked the security camera footage and found no fault in our support staffs behavior. We appreciate you stopping by and would have liked to have helped you more regarding your question about piercing cost. Since that business is unrelated to our own, however, we are unable to provide that information.

I just walked in to ask about piercings (The store dont do piercings) but the person in the front desk was really mean! Ill consider other options for tattoos.
This was my first tattoo, Ink & Dagger is phenomenal. Izzy did my tattoo or should I say artwork. Couldn't be happier, top notch all the way. Worth the wait definitely plan on going back and getting more added to the already killer tattoo.
Great people all around at Ink& Dagger, and all of the artists are incredibly talented. Got tattooed by Eddie and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
To start, I have many many tattoos from different places around the country so I know proper protocol and customer service. I have been to ink and dagger multiple times and have unfortunately gained enough cons to write a review. The first time I went to ink and dagger, I waited a staggering 2 HOURS after my scheduled appointment time for 3. I was 5 minutes early to that appointment. I loved the work of Amy so much that I told myself that the wait was worth it. She also was super clean so that was a plus. I decided that I wanted to finally sleeve my leg and I thought that Craig would be the perfect person to do it. I was willing to pay anything. Today during my appointment with him I arrived 5 minutes early again. I was greeted by two of the sweetest staff members (Im so sorry I didnt ask for your names). The woman who was working the front desk checked with Craig to see when he would be ready. She came back and told me that hes running late and would be about an hour. ANOTHER HOUR. I asked if I could cancel because at this point I wanted nothing to do with the parlor. She had then told me that if I canceled I would not be able to get back my 200$ deposit. How the heck is that okay?? Your unprofessional behavior costs me money. I explained that this isnt the first time they have been dramatically behind yet it was still my fault for having a same day cancellation. So, I stuck it out for the hour to get my measly touch up and a butterfly. I was finally taken back at 6:15 pm. I told Craig that I didnt even want the butterfly anymore because I needed to be somewhere and was not anticipating my appointment being pushed back so far. We got to the tattoo, HE DID NOT EVEN CLEAN MY SKIN BEFORE STARTING. Anyone with a tattoo knows that that is a crucial step in the process. His work was good, but nothing makes up for what happened beforehand. I would literally recommend hell before recommending ink and dagger.
