The staff was rude, me and my daughter had checked in and had done all the testings...A younger lady who had been our "nurse" acted sorta snobbish and rude. We had been there for about a hour, when finally the main doctor had come to give us the results... As soon as he came in he said we had to be wearing a mask.. But none of the other staff besides the front check-in had really said anything about it, when legally the governor had said that kids under age 12 and people who have religious terms or health concerns did NOT have to wear masks. The doctor then smirked and rushed us out of the building for simply having reasons not to wear a mask. This experince was terrible, and i will never go back to this business.. This could of been handled differently, but the doctor was very unprofessional. We had had already been there a while and it seemed as if we were a "threat", we should of been told at the beginning. There is much more to this story, but I'm possibly seeking litigation because the medical reason i could not wear a mask should not have been asked due to Hippa violations. I have been to sevaral places throught the many months during this pandemic and never once been told to put a mak on...
