Hi Eric, We offer a full warranty on all services when you sign up for a 12 month service agreement as you did. Should you experience pest issues between services we will gladly return for no additional charge. You received a $150 discount of your initial service, since you decided to cancel service prior to completing the 12 month agreement we do not make you pay for services not received but due require the initial discount to be reimbursed.

I had bad experience with Venture Pest Control. This service provider reps are more interested in signing customers up front with $89.00 cost which goes towards a month treatment when no service have been completed. And they trap you with a HUGE cancellation fee of $150. The treatment was very minimum after $150 paid in advance for 2 months. I've cancelled and paid about $300 for very little treatments and they keep hounding for cancellation fee! Terrible experience.

(Not and actual Venture Pest Control Customer) Henry, Thanks for the feedback, just so we are clear you are giving us a 1-star review because you don't agree with our marketing strategy, sounds about right in todays society. Where you do not work for Venture nor have ever been a Venture customer, I don't believe you are qualified to say what works and does not work for our business. Just as an FYI we put on thousands of new customers every year with door to door sales, you may want to give it a try with your business. As a side note these kids you refer to as "poor" learn how to work very hard and are able to graduate college completely debt free! They are not dependent on the government or handouts for their success, all I can tell you is you are very uneducated on all aspects of what you trying to give council on.

Yes I'm not an actual customer. I just want to inform the owner of the business to stop the door to door sales technique. I literally had my grandma at the door when a sales rep came to my door. I politely informed him now is not a good time but kept doing his sales pitch. He was polite and everything and I understand he is just trying to make commission, but this sales technique is so outdated. Hire yourself a SEO consultant. Create a marketing campaign for your website, keywords, search optimization, Google adwords, etc. Drive your sales revenue through online. Not unsolicited annoying door to door sales pitches that these poor kids are having to perform to strangers. Get with the times man Reply to the owner: Fine, you get 3 stars, and I didn't mean "poor" as a literal term, its a saying..like I feel sorry for them having to do door to door. It is like saying I feel sorry for these poor dolphins that have to do tricks all day for people at the Georgia Aquarium *shrugs* Anyways, the low star rating is your sales tactic of doing unsolicited visits and not recognizing when the owner of the house is not interested and literally has his grandma at the door trying to talk to her. Google: "Pest Control forsyth county" I see you are a pest control located in Forsyth County. Your company doesn't even show up in the first 2 pages of google. Only about 40% of users even click to page 2 of a google search result. All I'm saying is, its something to look at for your business, you can exponentially convert more revenue if you work on your online marketing a bit (search engine optimization). Cant comment on their quality pest control of service, but having door to door salesman ringing doorbells at 7:45 pm in a residential neighborhood guarantees I, and most of my neighbors, will never use them. Nobody wants to discuss pest control needs at 8 oclock, and they certainly dont appreciate doorbells interrupting childrens bedtimes.
