Not Happy. Check Engine light was on and they "fixed it" (new car under warranty). But Check Engine light came back on right away. Call service dept. , after explaining the issue, I got transferred to another tech who turned out to be an answering machine. Left a detailed message and requested a call back. Never got a call back. That was last week? Hmmm?

Very nice venue, but definitely there are way to much room to improve customer service relationships, an 85k $$$ Brand new car was lease and then return here and sold as CPO again with with the BMW Ultimate Care Plus 3, that gives you maintenance coverage until 6 years of 100K miles, Cars currently has 64K The car has been here 15 times for Reg maintenance and has never replaced the brakes pads or rotors and any of those services, I am the second owner, bought the car from LEXUS Dealership Previous owner replaced pads but there are no OEM, the back rotors need to be replace but they don't want to cover because the brake pads aren't OEM, First they have told me that Ultimate Care plus is not transferable, then either way still don't want to cover it, is totally a joke, they have nob problem to sell you something, but then don't want honored it. and if you try to talk to the manager services let me tell you, GOOD LUCK, its probably way more easier talk to the President of the United Estates.

They kept my vehicle all day didnt solve the problem with the brakes squeaking, instead they claimed they couldnt hear anything and added that its a normal part of operation for M vehicles. Thats a bunch of B.S. thats not normal operation for any vehicle.
