Leaks post installation. Inspection and crew returned to make adjustments. Leak still persisted. Field manager stated hed come inspect it himself but never showered and hasnt acknowledged outreach since. Would be extremely cautious of this organization.

We had Home Genius Exteriors work on a lot of carpentry at our home - including replacing shake siding and building new front steps to replace our old ones. All of the work turned out almost better than we expected and we are very grateful to Brendan (who talked through everything with us from top to bottom) as well as our project managers Walter and Devan, and definitely RJ and the team who were here in sub-par conditions doing a ton of exterior work. The actual install of the gutters was fine, but dealing with the salesman and project manager was challenging. They mislead me about timelines, scheduling, and end of job follow ups. When confronted with this, Lauren threatened to refund my deposit, not honor the quote, and then, just quit communicating all together. Save yourself a headache, hire someone else. Update: had to have Professional Gutter and Drain come out and fix a leak in the gutters. Genius Home Exteriors just sub-contracts a local company. Then the gutters literally fell off my house in the spot that was fixed. Genius Home Exteriors were no help and didnt honor the warranty. I had to have my neighbor fix the gutters. This business is a joke and will scam you out of your money!
