I ordered a full set front and rear shocks for 2011 Ford F-250 super duty diesel V8 7.6 engine 4X4 Supercrew king Ranch FX4. Today I received 2 bilstein 4600 shocks and only 2 not even 2 of the right shocks. I wish I had read the reviews more and researched them better. I went to the site and seen several people that they did the same thing to and never resolved the issue. I am just about done buying from Amazon Old Bezo can spend billions of dollars on a useless space ship and treat his customers like they don't matter. I've been a Amazon customer for 12 years now and some before that but the last 3 years they have sent more garbage and they shortened the return window that barely gives you enough time to install it and check it out to see if it works right. I ordered these shocks because I needed them not because I wanted to play games talking to people trying to get what I ordered and paid for. I will not buy anything from these people again if they are this laxes on the customer's purchase to send the completely wrong item and only half of the purchased item.
Mr Arias wanted to return the parts he purchased one year ago and due to our return policy we couldn't honor that.. This also has been explained to him several times over ebay messages and also over the phone which we have the proofs and ready share if needed. I'm so sorry that we didn't match his requirements but our hands are tied when you want to return something after a year later. We will do our best to extend hassle free return dates but it's also dependent to the brands so please accept our apologies..

Really Bad customer service, they dont stand by there part. They would sell u something n dont care, never got a called back to handle the issue, will not even exchange my new part that's never been use I just need it the right parts that they sold me. I had to buy new piston n rods. Really bad service...
After placing an order on Amazon called them direct and canceled Amazon order. They are joke I voiced my concerns with shipping told Sam I would pay next day if needed. She started had a set of injectors was in Texas and that would be a one day turn around! I filially get shipping info out of PA with a signature required to receive. And she told me she didn’t hear me say that, bad bad customer service the whole thing has been a nightmare worse than Amazon customer service and we all know what’s that’s like. In a crunch for Rocky Mountain race week and here I sit waiting. I would steer real clear of this company they don’t listen to the customer in a time of need they must not be racers that’s for sure… I had to give them a 1 star because no star was available. Again very disappointed after several emails and calls run don’t stop and be a victim of bad customer service, and somebody not listening to what you’re saying! Thanks, Dennis S with SFR Racing
