So I was given a gift credit to this place .I wear a suit ever day I work and have fof years. I was excited about the prospect of being able to order perfectly fitted clothes with a click. I was going to start our relationship with a shirt to see if they could get they right then get some new suits occasionally. My whole ordeal took many months. Over and over the fit was so bad ,worse than I could possibly find off the rack even ,unreal terrible. Every time I went back to check the fit it was seemingly worse than before. One of my trips there I put a shirt on and to my disgust realized that it was literally wet with sweat from the last guy who tried it. Visually obviously wet, and it seemed. Gross. They kept trying to convince me that it for fit when though I couldn't raise my arms etc. So dumb. The cost is way too much, they have no idea what they are doing at all. All items take many weeks because they are made in China and they are shipped obviously. The quality of the materials are not great ,the stitching is garbage ,the fit is terrible, there is nothing convenient about it you can't get a good fit. I love my tailor so much more after this awful and long experience. Buy clothing you like off the rack that is close as you can find and go to a tailor. Build a relationship with him/her and that will pay dividends. There are many places like blank label ,and maybe some are great. But blank label is just garbage and a waste of time. Besides if you're buying clothing anywhere even decent then there will be an inhouse tailor that will be able to get you the perfect fit nearly every time within a week usually for free or cheap. Or an outside tailor averages me about $30 to $50 for a suit and will not try to force me into something that CLEARLY does not fit at all! I was not feeling clothing for a wedding or a job interview, like I said, I wear a suit nearly every day so out frame of reference is wide. I own at least 20 different suits and so many dress shirts and they all for fit perfectly thanks to my wonderful and beloved tailor. And Danielle who helped me for part of my ordeal (I ditched her part way in the hopes that she was the reason) is very nice. But clearly clueless with literally no experience and she will not stop talking ever. Also they refuse to stop contacting me.

I got "fit" for a shirt about a month before my wedding. Very quick process, and the shirt came pretty quickly as well. Unfortunately, the biceps and forearms were way too tight - they hugged my arms all around. I went back in, measured again, and the expedited my new shirt so I'd get it in time for the wedding. Kudos for that. When it came, two days before the wedding, the biceps were fixed! But the forearms still hug my arms like bike shorts. It's hard to see the point of "made to measure" if they don't take measurements accurately enough to make the clothes properly. This isn't a matter of taste. I recognize some people want a looser and some want a tighter fit. But I've yet to meet anyone that wants to wear a dress shirt that looks painted on. I'm not talking about me feeling there was "enough" room, I'm saying that the fabric hugged my arms on all sides, stretching slightly, before I even used my arm/muscle.

Blank Label is an incredible company run by incredible people. I have had the pleasure of working with two elite professionals, Cheri and Aoife, and getting to know the founder Fan Bi as well. Cheri helped me customize a perfect three piece charcoal suit, and absolute must in the business world today, and Aoife helped me with a metallic blue blazer which fits perfectly. The atmosphere at Blank Label is comfortable and they have a fantastic selection. Cannot wait for my next purchase.

I bought my wedding suit through Blank Label and had a great experience. The ordering and fitting process with my suit was seamless, and they had my groomsmen and I looking great for my wedding. The staff were very attentive to my groomsmen (big thanks to Lauren especially), and went above and beyond to make sure the suits were ready and fitted for the wedding. I actually went back to Blank Label to get a second suit a few months later. The shirts I've gotten from them also fit and look great. Really can't recommend this place enough.
