I'm sorry you had this experience. We're under new ownership and have remodeled not just the location but the staff. Quality staff behind the counter is a must. Nothing kills a business faster then arrogance and poor service. We understand if you leave the one star. But hope to have another chance to provide a better experience in the future

I want to echo the review prior to me stating the lack of professionalism and customer service from this local shop. When possible, I like to support local small business owners, but guns 4 less will not be receiving my support. There is an older gentleman with a white NRA instructor hat, who, no matter what you ask him,always treats it like a chore to help anyone. This person shouldn't be behind the counter with an attitude like that. Who knows how many people he has walked out of that store and how much money he's cost that location. My suggestion to him would be to put his phone down and act like you enjoy your job or move on. I really hope he isn't a manager or owner. If it's a chore to help a customer buy your product, it's too much of a chore to spend my hard earned money there too. I've been In retail for 25 years, and I would have fired or retrained him a long time ago. Because wether you want to admit it or not, he's costing your company money. Avoid guns 4 less.

I used to love this gun shop, but the staff now is rude and treat you like you know nothing. Went into purchase a handgun and the guy behind couldn't be bothered. He never got up and acted like I have bothering him. Sad I have bought a gun from them before and had a great experience (owner helped me) but after the last experience, no more. I went to another gun shop in the Cape and they gladly sold me a nice Kimber with a smile!
