Hi Edee, we are very sorry about the miscommunication during your exam. There are a lot of moving parts especially when working with insurance. With you being a new patient we usually give you a trial to make sure you like the lenses and your prescription and we wait to hear back from you to make sure they are working well. So we do apologize that wasn't made very clear on our end and the frustration it caused.

I went here to have an eye exam and buy contacts and glasses. They gave me a trial pair of contacts after the exam, and after paying told me they would order the rest of my contacts. I was told everything was paid for and that Id have the rest of the contacts soon. A month later, I hadnt heard anything back about my contacts so I called in and found out they never even placed the order. They also charged me another $140 for that order, despite the fact that they told me originally everything was completely paid for. Will not be coming here again.

Honestly my experience here wasn't the best. I was in the back part of the building where you get taught how to put your contacts in and I overheard a large woman with red hair, I believe it was the Manager, gossiping about other employees who work there. I won't say names because that's embarrassing... She didn't just do this in front of me, there was multiple patients around me that heard her too. Very unprofessional behavior.

I called in to schedule an appointment the other day and I had a "Brittney" answer the phone, she acted very snotty and then put me on a hold for forever.
