For the safety of our staff and customers, and in accordance with local and state mandates, masks are mandatory to enter our store. You did not have one, yet we attempted to process your transaction for you as best we could so as not to inconvenience you. I am disappointed that you feel that you can omit these facts and leave a one-star review with impunity. As a small business, Google reviews can be vital to our survival. Low reviews based on health policy that we do not create, but try to follow to the best of our ability, are misleading and harmful.

Came in to pick up my bike from service today and was rudely attended by the older lady at the front desk. She gave me an attitude when I came to pick up my bike. she sent me to the hall due to “social distancing” and later told me to wait outside? I payed for my service and she tossed my change back to me. Don’t recommend this place there are better cycle shops that will treat you with the respect you deserve.
Looking for a new mountain bike. I wanted to buy local so we stopped in to look and buy. Went in and was never greeted. No one ever said hello be right with you. Nothing. Was looking at a Specialized or possible Giant. Instead went to Scheels and bought a Marlin 6… update to the review … we went back to Scheels and bought another Marlin 6 for the kiddo. Crazy how service in some places have gone down.
Largest on hand variety of bikes I found. Jackson was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He answered all my questions, and didn't try to push me into something I knew I didn't need or want (I had already walked out of different shop earlier that day for just that).
Great local bike shop. They are well established and supported in the community. I bought my mountain bike here which gets me free tune-ups every season!
Horrible service. I dropped my bike off looking to get a drive train upgrade. The Service rep was busy at the time, so they wrote what I wanted down on a sticky note, with a promise I would get a call back with a quote for the requested work. A few days later and no call. So I called the shop inquiring about my bike. I was promised a call back by the end of that day. Surprise no call, but I did get an email with a quote, with half of what I wanted done documented. A week later, and no followup, so a quick call and I get a status update. It would be ready by EOB in 5 days, and they would give me a call. No call. I called the shop and they hadn't even started the on the bike. I decided to cancel my service with them and go some where else. what really tripped me up about this place, was that there was no one that even bothered to discuss the situation with me, or even acknowledge that I was canceling my service with them. And I get that the place could have been busy. But that's just unacceptable to treat customers that way. If say you're going to call, call the customer, if you can't do it that day then as soon as you can. I would never suggest going here again.
