I am sorry I’m a little confused about this review. You came by the salon and we had talked for about 15 minutes about your hair and then you had said you wanted to schedule an appointment and have a consultation with one of the girls to talk more about color. We then schedule you a appointment for this past Saturday in which you did not come in for your consultation or call to cancel. I am trying to understand why you wrote that we’re “not enthusiastic people for the first time want to be customers”
