Everybody is upset Jennifer the fitter ourselves.We cant understand why something like wearing shoe covers which was so important to her, was not mentioned to ourselves previous to the fitter arriving, we could then have discussed the issues and if necessary made different arrangements. On arriving at the house the fitter was confronted with 3 different orders by the customer which had not been previously discussed with ourselves and was grossly unfair.to the fitter. He did keep his cool and respectful of being in someones home and was not lying when he said it was not possible to fit with them on which is why they ripped. Faced with what he was faced with we know of some fitters (we wont use them ) who would have definitely thrown their teddy out of the pram

Competitive prices, and helpful staff in showroom. However after explaining to the fitter, we do not allow shoes in our house, and providing him with shoe covers (as many pairs as he needed) - he decided he didnt need to wear them and walked all over upstairs in his outdoor shoes. When confronted he said it was not possible to lay a carpet with them on, however when asked by Eugene (The Manager), he then said they had ripped - blatantly lying. Not only that, the bar he fitted was uneven - so not a great job. Definitely would not recommend!

WOW !!!!!! We appreciate all reviews as long as they are HONEST!!! WHICH THIS IS NOT. The manager took the opportunity to inspect the fitting while he was there and the fitting was of the usual quality for the fitter EXCELLENT. Good reviews give us the encouragement to go the extra mile, bad reviews make us sit up and see where we have gone wrong then put things right Mr Habib was complaining about blue marks on his wall 4 days after fitting,even after inspecting the finished installation and standing over the fitter during the whole process. We could not understand how we could have been responsible, but as a gesture and the painters were still on site it was suggested we could get the painters to go over. This was not acceptable ,so what did Mr Habib want who knows? Mr Habib complaint was dealt with politeness and professionalism On realising we were not accepting responsibility or giving a refund,more threats followed, then he said he would send his mates in. So we have had to bar him from the shop and inform the police.

Be AWARE! Cowboy workmanship, will ruin your house, cause all sorts of damage and then not accept liability. They will upsell there own cheap thresholds and not allow you to use your own. If you want a poor amatuer fit by all means this is the place for you!

Nice shop looks a bit dated on the inside . Few holes in the roof. Drip drip. Overall the staff are excellent very friendly and helpful. Good prices on all types of flooring. They also fit the flooring for you. Had my house fitted with carpets and never had any problems. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
