Reasonably priced services, but unfortunately, I now see the reason for that. Needed wheel bearing replaced. Was given quote and told I could bring it in the next day to be serviced. Upon arrival, I was told it would be after lunch before they could get to it so I left my vehicle there **all tires in tact**. I didn’t get a return call until almost 4:00 and there was a problem... I was told that one of my tires had a nail in it and it would be $15 to fix it. I didn’t see this as fair for me to be charged for them messing up my tire and told the lady this. (I also wasn’t even angry or upset they’d messed up my tire. Stuff happens. Life goes on!) She got extremely angry and rude and asked me if I believed they did it on purpose. I explained that no, I didn’t believe they intentionally did it, but it happened while they had possession of my car. Her response? “Fine, we will just leave it flat for you then.” I asked if she meant to tell me that a nail that wasn’t in there before they had the vehicle that was now in there causing a flat tire while my vehicle was in their possession wasn’t going to be fixed? She put me on hold for 5+ minutes before I finally hung up to await a call back. 30 minutes later I still hadn’t received one so I called to follow up. She curtly stated my vehicle was ready (saying nothing about the tire). To which I asked about the tire and she said it was fixed. At this point, I was on my way to a dinner meeting so I asked if I could pay over the phone and arrange for the pickup at another day or time as I wouldn’t be back before they closed. She offered they could leave it outside the gate. I told her that would be great! (I had recently had work done at an auto body shop on my other vehicle and this is what we had done there as well.) She said they would lock up my car and I asked her to leave the key under one of the seats and *make sure to leave one of the doors unlocked as I didn’t know where my spare key was*. She agreed to this. She ended the conversation by telling me they pride themselves on honest work and that me telling them they had to fix the flat they caused was a “slap in the face” and that from now on, I can take my business elsewhere. (After how rude she’d been this whole conversation about an issue I DIDN’T CAUSE, this wasn’t going to be a problem in the first place. But it wouldn’t have been cause enough for me taking the time to write a bad review.) The best part? After agreeing to how the car would be left so I could get into it, I get back to my car to find ALL the doors locked... Based off the prior conversations, I had a fear something would be wrong with picking up my car. So thankfully, I’d already hunted around and located the spare key. I was hoping that when I got in my vehicle, there would have been a miscommunication and my key wouldn’t not have been inside. But nope! It was under the driver’s seat! So essentially, this business got so mad that they had to fix THEIR mistake (which cost them what? $1-$2? And 15-20 minutes longer?) that they purposefully locked my keys in my car after I’d told her I didn’t know where my spare was. I’m so thankful I was able to remember where I’d put it because this terribly operated business would have ruined my night. Thankfully, as hard as she tried, she wasn’t able to. I DO NOT recommend this business based solely on their customer service.
