I googled dentistry for children and found the webpage. Hours indicated they are open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. I called and was told that they are closed today, they are only in the office doing paperwork. I realize not to expect most establishments to be open on the weekends, but to be closed on a Tuesday? I might understand more if the hours of operation were not on the actual webpage for them, but I do not understand and never will I attempt to take my child there again.

I am so beyond frustrated. Overall, my experience with this office had been positive. However, after this morning, I will be finding a new dentist. I received a text message confirming my two kids appointment at 8:30am and when I showed up the incredibly unhelpful staff member at the front desk let me know that my appointment was actually at 8am. I showed her the text messages and she was completely unsympathetic, acting like it was my fault and basically told me that I should have known the appointment was at 8am. At that point, I said, "It's really misleading to send a confirmation text for the wrong time but it's fine we'll just do the one appointment at 8:30am this morning and reschedule the other" and she told me that both of my appointments were at 8am so we had missed both appointments... even though I had received text confirmations for both appointments at 8:30am. It's one thing to have a bunk system that is sending out wrong information, it is another thing to have rude staff that get defensive. No thanks. Oh, and btw, they like to send you a bill for the entire amount and threaten to send you to collections while they take their sweet time billing your insurance (which PS covers the entire cost of the visit in our case). I called concerned and was told to ignore the bill as it was auto-generated while insurance is being billed. Not cool.
