The worst ever! The technician didn’t even diagnose the problem correctly. I paid the fee just to get her out of my house. Use Mr. Appliance instead. They were so much better and knew what they were doing.
Ryan, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Unfortunately, some of the circumstances in this situation were outside of our control. The compressor that was shipped to you was done so be Atosa, the manufacturer, not Dependable Services. The compressor needed was determined by the serial number on the unit. The first compressor was stored at your location on its side, which was not your fault since the box was not marked appropriately. However, this could have resulted in a faulty compressor. The second compressor we had shipped to our office instead of directly to you to avoid any further delays. There were 2 charges for the installation of the compressors; however, since Atosa sent a bad replacement compressor the first time, they should have covered the labor on the second installation. Even supply houses offer labor claims for the majority of parts that are bought from them and are defective. The fact that this manufacturer does not offer that benefit is unfortunate, and of no fault of Dependable Services. It is true that we had to reschedule several times; however, on a couple of occasions, we showed up, began working, and were made to leave in the middle of the repair. This just did not give us adequate time to complete the job, which requires 4.5 hours to complete. Due to the nature of this business, we could not keep the technicians waiting until 11 am to begin working for the day. Since all feedback is welcome, thank you for taking the time to share yours.

DO NOT USE! YOU COULD HAVE TO PAY TWICE FOR ONE SERVICE LIKE ME. This was the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was blamed for their poor scheduling over a 3 week period (4+ reschedules because they couldn't hit a 5 hour window with a week's notice). I was blamed when they accidentally shipped parts here and then stated they were bad. The installed a compressor with the wrong model number, then claimed it was a bad compressor when they realized it didn't work, blamed me that they were stored incorrectly, then CHARGED ME FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE BAD COMPRESSOR WHILE HOLDING THE REPLACEMENT GOOD COMPRESSOR HOSTAGE. I PAID TWICE FOR THE ONE FIX. I am ashamed for them that this type of customer service and customer blaming exists. DO NOT USE THEM.

I had a great experience with Dependable, The service technician was on time and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem ordered the parts returned and fixed my stove.
Dependable Service was excellent. They were courteous, dependable and on time. The men who fixed my refrigerator worked very hard. We are thankful for what they did.

If I had a choice I would fire this company. I’m in the 4th month of waiting for my washer to be fixed. I reported the issue around Jan 10th to the extended warranty company CPS. They choose the repair company. This company only ever says I’m sorry it’s the wrong part again. Maybe the third time will be the charm. Each time it’s 3-4 weeks of waiting. Maybe they do ok on the easy stuff. I don’t know. It does not seem that hard to make a washer spin. In the meantime I can only keep on waiting. What does property management have to do with me??? I own my house!
