I was linked into this company for ALS products. When I placed the order it was 3 weeks before the date I needed it. 4 days before the event I was hosting for my Brother: who passed away from ALS 18 years ago, I called this company and told them I wanted to cancel my order if it wasn't on it's way. Marina told me that she would check to see if they could get it to me before the event. Marina called me back and said", Yes we can get it there by Saturday, I said thanks so much! Saturday the item (1) arrived and it was just the Sweat shirt. I ordered 1 Sweat shirt, 1 sweat pants, 2 facemask. My order totaled $97!!!!!!!!! So I called Marina today and asked what happened with the rest of the order? She informed me that it has not shipped yet and that I needed to pay the invoice before I could receive the rest of my order. I did not receive or approve any invoice for "Expedited Shipping". I do not understand how a company can take my money and do what they want with it !!!!!! without my approval!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am furious and not going to stand for this treatment. Stay away from 3rd party orders!!!!!!! SO Much for a sweat Shirt costing me $97

I placed my order in October. It finally showed up this week. Worse than the four months it took to get my order was the total lack of communication from this company. They responded to one email two weeks after my order saying they were experiencing supply chain issues and it would ship the next week. All subsequent emails went unanswered. I cant believe it actually arrived. Very unimpressed.
All Stars always takes care of everything that I need in a timely manner and the quality of their work has never disappointed!! We will continue to use All Stars for all of our needs!!
