Used lab seven 3 out of the past 4 years. At first the product and CS level were great. This past year (2021) the number of misprint shirts went up from 1/50 to 3/50. Additionally, on one order they failed to print a few shirts in a specific size. When I asked them to order and print them, Nick refused to do fix this by printing what we ordered and paid for. After two weeks of emailing he issued a refund...which doesn't help with filling inventory. Other issues involved miscommunications between Nick and the rest of his team about timing commitments and deadlines. The boxes they shipped the shirts to us in would almost always have fallen apart during a single day of transit (shipped via ground). We would end up having to washing around one or two dozen shirts out of each of the boxes to get them in a state we could use. Not sure what happened this year, but I can't recommend using them anymore. AOV in Boulder can beat their pricing, has a 1/100 misprint rate, and we've never had an issue with orders or shipping.
We ordered shirts a week and a half in advance and they said they could get it done without an extra fee... long story short, they didn't reply for 5 days and replied the day before we asked for the shirts to be done. They charged us an extra $75.00 to do a rush shipping... disappointed. Save yourself the time and headache and order shirts somewhere else.
We needed shirts for our company and Lab Seven exceeded expectations. They were able to get our order completed early. Emily was great to work with. Will definitely use them again.

I purchased 25 shirts from Lab7 at the beginning of the summer of 2017. I had handed some out to my customers when I noticed that two that I had kept started to fall apart at the neckline. To Lab7's credit, they replaced the order with shirt vendor. I started to again hand these out, when I found the shirts I had kept started falling apart at different locations, the most recently last week under the arm. I have had a total of 6 shirts simply fall apart no torn, but simply fall apart. As I gave shirts to my customers, I have no idea how many have actually been poor quality. It would be embarrassing to have shirts I gave to customers falling apart. Nick at Lab7 was apologetic, but kept telling me they just buy the shirts. That may be the case, but I paid them, not their supplier. I actually purchased locally rather than on the internet because I thought I would get a better product. There has been no response from Lab7 with my emails over the past three failures, and no response to my request for a 50% refund (since I had handed out shirts and do not have all of them in my possession). Each of the photos is a separate shirt. I am very disappointed in the quality, and in their lack of response. Also concerned of the embarrassment if the shirts I provided to my customers are falling apart also. I would avoid them and look else - just got nice shirts from Queensboro online...
