Hi Beth, We make a European Sourdough which is not as sour as some other sourdoughs. Sorry it was not what you were looking for. Hope to see you again and perhaps you can try some of our other award winning breads.

Wanted to get a loaf of sourdough....not sure they understand what sourdough is? The bread was dense, sweet, and nothing like a sourdough loaf. Also tried a "savory muffin" - awful. I have been here twice now to be sure it wasn't a fluke - very nice staff, very clean facility - but they do not know about flavors or about making bread.

Sweets are really good Breads are great. The person who helped me was a kind gentleman. The ladies in the back, not so nice. Chicken salad was NOT GOOD and I was hungry. Southerners have a thing for chicken salad and this version is not it. I ate half of the sandwich and did not enjoy it. I will, however, go back for the breads and sweets.

Very disappointed in todays visit. We ordered three to go sandwiches and waited over 30 minutes with only two sandwiches ahead of us. There were four young people when we walked in, but two left, leaving one to run the counter and one to make sandwiches. There was no sense of urgency to complete the orders and the two employees were joking and playing instead of preparing the food. Didnt really want to leave a public review but saw no other customer service options.
