Absolutely horrible experience! The employees were uneducated on all aspects of the business and we were treated very poorly! Even the owner was not helpful. Do not suggest this place for anyone to go to and spend your hard earned money!

I've had lots of good experiences here, But all that was is me buying a gun and leaving, well last gun I bought had a cracked barrel, took back to them about a week later (never fired the gun) tall guy dark hair guy was trying to not even take it said oh it's so hard to get through to manufacturer, I asked him to please try to help me out, so they took the gun, stopped back 3 weeks later he said he called and never heard anything from manufacturer, I took the gun home called the manufacturer and got right though and they emailed me a prepaid shipping ticked. It's a shame all they want to do is sell the guns and after that its like your bothering them. With all the internet buying you would think they would want to take care of the customer a little better. It sucks cause I thought Federal was different than the rest,they used to be, not anymore.👎

My absolute go-to gun shop. Whether I’ve needed specialty firearms, optics, or just an every day carry, these guys have gone above and beyond to get what I need and always at a great price. Each member of the staff is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and customer focused. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve been in the shop (and I’ve been there a lot) that I haven’t witnessed at least one of the staff taking exceptional care to educate a customer on some particular subject matter. Even if there are 20 other customers in the room, they will make you feel like you’re the only one there. The owner, Justin, is truly an expert in the industry and also one of the most genuine individuals that I’ve ever met. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

Went there to trade for another firearm and was told over the phone they would do it. It was brand new never fired and they are highly desirable and not easy to find cheap. They told me they would offer half of the original purchase price when I had arrived because it's "used" even though never fired. Argued with me telling me that's the going price for them used, a gentleman beside me did some research while I was talking and proved them wrong. The basically laughed in my face and said see ya. So I drove an hour and a half for them to go back on what they said. All other employees were sitting around trying to tell me they were giving me a good deal. Maybe a gun store should know the going rates for new and used guns if they're going to offer buy sell trade. Jokers. Hopefully they go out of business
