Wanted to sell me a car with a check engine light on. Were very rude to customers. Also wanted to charge a $800 fee for nitrogen air in my tires. Would never buy or step in there ever again.

Very Disappointed with this dealership bought a used Audi a8 that looked great but they did their best to hide its flaws and succeeded, on top of that they either sold the car to me without the wheel lock or stole it from me when I went in to service it and tried to tell me that it was me who lost it. Eugene a sales person was also very manipulative and condensing when I first came in to check it out.

I had an outstanding experience with purchasing my new BMW from Elmhurst. My salesman Michael Banach was superb and worked very hard to earn my business. My search for a new car would have gone quicker if I visited Elmhurst BMW first compared to others in the area. If you make choice to buy from Elmhurst you will appreciate their customer first attitude and willingness to get you best deal without any of the typical car sales tactics.

If I could give zero stars I would, but I cant so I give them one. Took my bmw here with warranty and they didnt fix anything that they said they fixed. My best guess is they held in the the car to milk my warranty:) thanks for wasting my time!
