My son drop his laptop on last week and was told that it would be ready on yesterday 12/6/21. He when to pick it up and his laptop was not ready and was told that the part had not arrived ( no one called to notify him ) . He ask for a refund and was told he had to wait for the owner which he would not ask his employee calls . Very bad service . I do understand there are delays but, a simply call would have been appropriate before Driving an hour here from work . SMH

Hello Ramses, Why would that warrant a two star review? We really exhausted every affordable & effective repair option for your PC. Most PC manufacturers currently design their products (i.e motherboards, hard drives, etc..) to be repaired only by their staff technicians. Unfortunately, this was the case for your PC. How are we at fault for that?

They don't do things that require soldering. So they don't really do repairs. Just replace components. Despite writing down what was wrong with the laptop, I still paid a "diagnostic fee" Two stars for still figuring out what was wrong.
